The 19th Annual Arts on the River will be held Saturday, October 18, 2014 from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM on the median of the 1100 block of Broadway. The festival will include children’s art related activities. The event is sponsored by WTVM Channel
9 and Uptown Columbus. Come out and enjoy this great artwork presented in Uptown!
