The 66th annual Miss Georgia Pageant and Miss Georgia’s Outstanding Teen Pageant
At The RiverCenter for the Performing Arts
Weds – Sat, June 16-19, 2010, at 7:30pm EST.
The Miss Georgia Scholarship Pageant will feature 40 of the state’s most outstanding young women age 17 to 24, all vying for the title of Miss Georgia 2010. The winner of the Miss Georgia 2010 title will represent the state at the Miss America Competition, January 2011.
Along with the Miss Georgia Contestants, 36 Teens will compete for the title of Miss Georgia ‘s Outstanding Teen. The winner of this title will represent the state at the national competition, Miss America ‘s Outstanding Teen, later this summer.
Preliminary competitions will guarantee entertainment on Wednesday – Friday nights as contestants compete in fitness, talent, and casual and evening wear. Announcement of semi-finalist will take place Saturday night followed by the announcement of the new Miss Georgia and Miss Georgia ‘s Outstanding Teen.
Also featured will be the current Miss Georgia 2009, Emily Cook and Miss Georgia’s Outstanding Teen, Brianna Godshalk
