Saturday, May 10 at 9 a.m. the Scout Expo invades Woodruff Park with fun for all ages, featuring Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts from the Chattahoochee Valley who will have over 40 hands on interactive booths including; SCUBA diving, Climbing Tower, Bounce House, Canoeing, Tomahawk throwing contest, outdoor cooking, and archery all while enjoying live music on the main stage throughout the day!
The Chattahoochee Council of the Boy Scouts of America is teaming up with Uptown Columbus to bring back the premier Free Family Fun event of the year, RiverFest. Uptown Columbus www.uptowncolumbusga.com is hosting RiverFest the weekend of May 9-10. The entire community is invited to participate in weekend-long events in Woodruff Park and along the RiverWalk in Uptown Columbus Friday, May 9th from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. and Saturday, May 10 from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m..
Admission is FREE both days.
