1. Sponsors:
Our Giveaways and Photo Contests are officially sponsored by and administrated by Muscogee Moms LLC. They are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or administered by Woobox, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter. All entrants agree to completely release Woobox, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter of any responsibility and liability, and agree to adhere to the Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility.
Giveaways and Contests are open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Muscogee Moms LLC and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest are not eligible. The Contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Contest Period
Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submission will be accepted for the duration of the Contest using any of the following methods:

Limit (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Contest period, regardless of the method of entry. Entries received from any person, e-mail address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
You retain your rights to your photograph; however, by entering the contest, you grant Muscogee Moms LLC (and those authorized by MuscogeeMoms.com) a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any Muscogee Moms purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of its website, and commercial products.
6. Photo Entries
By submitting a photograph, you hereby acknowledge that you own or have secured all rights to use, publish and copyright the Photograph. Photographs may not be produced by professional photographers and must be of good quality, unpublished and may not have won any prize or award and must be owned by the entrant. Photos with watermarks will be disqualified.
Regarding minors included in your photo, you must gain consent from the parent/legal guardian of the minor depicted, in the event that you are not the depicted minor’s guardian. In the event your Photo is selected as a Finalist, you may be required to provide a legal release from the parent/legal guardian of the minor depicted in the photo.
Muscogee Moms reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disqualify any entry that we feel is inappropriate, objectionable and/or inconsistent with the positive image and/or good will we wish to promote.
7. Prize Drawing
Muscogee Moms will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.
8. Winner Notification
Muscogee Moms will attempt to notify the potential winner via email, mail or phone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, we may select an alternative potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. Names of the winners may be posted on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, in our email newsletter, and our website.
9. Prizes.
No cash equivalent or alternative product will be an option. Muscogee Moms, LLC reserves the right to change the prizes or intervals at any time without any prior notice. The winner is responsible for any taxes that may be associated with their prize.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Muscogee Moms and it’s associates from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Muscogee Moms’ Privacy Policy.
