The Advanced level incorporates the skills learned in Basic and Intermediate Self-Defense with the ancient martial art of Bujinkan Ninjutsu. This class gives you the opportunity for an in-depth exploration of your personal strength and ability to keep yourself and those around you safe.
Prerequisite: Basic and Intermediate Self-Defense for Women & Girls or instructor approval.
