The advanced level of Self Defense for Women and Girls incorporates the skills learned in Basic Self Defense with the ancient martial art of Bujinkan Ninjutsu. This class gives you the opportunity for an in-depth exploration of your personal strength and the ability to keep yourself and your loved ones safe. Prerequisite: Basic Self Defense for Women and Girls or instructor approval.
