This two and a half hour breast feeding class is designed to support and education parents with the natural art of breast feeding. Topics included in the course are
- benefits of breast feeding
- skin to skin contact
- anatomy and physiology
- types of breast milk
- dietary requirements for mothers
- proper positioning and latch-on
- storage of breast milk
- baby’s daily feeding record
Course Fee: $24.99
One registration per couple is required. Spouses or support persons are highly encouraged to attend. If class participation is high we may run over with time and end at 9 PM.
