This two hour breast feeding class is designed to support and education parents with the natural art of breast feeding. Topics included in the course are:
- Benefits of breast feeding skin to skin contact
- Anatomy and physiology
- Types of breast milk
- Dietary requirements for mothers
- Proper positioning and latch-on
- Storage of breast milk
- Baby’s daily feeding record
