The advantages to mother and baby and the realities of breastfeeding are discussed, as well as techniques to get off to the best start, combining breastfeeding and a busy lifestyle and handling common concerns. This class is taught by a certified lactation consultant, lactation counselor or childbirth educator and is held in our new Columbus Regional Lactation Center.
