Basic information about the womanly art and science of breastfeeding is covered in this class. The advantages to mother and baby and the realities of breastfeeding are discussed, as well as techniques to get off to the best start, combining breastfeeding and a busy lifestyle and handling common concerns.
This TWO CLASS (2 hours each class) series on Wednesday evenings OR ONE CLASS (3 hours) on Saturday morning is taught by a certified lactation consultant, lactation counselor or childbirth educator and is held in our new Columbus Regional Lactation Center.
