Callaway Gardens‘ Summer Family Adventure is a 7-day summer vacation that will reconnect your family in a natural, wholesome, authentic environment. Summer Family Adventure is partnered with the Florida State University Flying High Circus to provide a family camp experience that captivates all ages, interests and skills with expert-led programs the whole family will love.
Our younger guests, ages 3-17, are whisked away daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to participate in our children’s center and day camp activities, while adults can spend the day as active or leisurely as they please. Here is a list of sample activities, which may vary by age group, that are available for children and adults.

The 7-day Summer Family Adventure package includes neighborhood-style accommodations in a private two-bedroom cottage or villa with living and dining areas, equipped kitchen, fireplace and screened porch, Summer Family Adventure camp and evening activities. Families will also have unlimited admission to Callaway Gardens including the Virginia Hand Callaway Discovery Center, Day Butterfly Center, Sibley Horticultural Center, Mr. Cason’s Vegetable Garden, Callaway Brothers Azalea Bowl, Overlook Garden, Discovery Bike Trail, Pioneer Log Cabin, Ida Cason Callaway Memorial Chapel, nature trails and daily programs, and beach activities at Robin Lake Beach–swimming, paddleboats, miniature golf, table tennis and FSU Flying High Circus performances.
