Columbus Symphony Orchestra presents S’MORES (Saturday Mid-Day Orchestra Rehearsals) for Kids
About S’MORES: We want everyone in our community to have the opportunity to attend our concerts and understand an evening concert isn’t always feasible for seniors or people with young children.
If you’d like for your young child to experience a piece or two of live symphonic music or find you aren’t driving at night anymore and would like to come hear the orchestra during the day, our Saturday afternoon dress rehearsal is open for just these occasions.
Guest Pianist John O’Conor and the CSO orchestra will perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 23 in A Major, K. 488 followed by Mahler’s Symphony No. 1 in D Major, “Titan.”
When: Saturday, May 4, 2013
Time: 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Ages: young children (under 12)
Cost: $3.00 for children and $5 for adults/seniors/college students (with I.D.)
