The Columbus State University Jazz Ensemble is the flagship large ensemble of the CSU Jazz Studies Program. Under the direction of Dr. Kevin Whalen, this 18-piece large jazz ensemble features the best in contemporary and classic big band music. For this concert, the band will perform driving swing selections, including music from the libraries of Count Basie, Thad Jones, and Stan Kenton.
