CSU’s Department of Theatre Presents “The Garden of Rikki Tikki Tavi”
The Garden of Rikki Tikki Tavi
Adapted by Y. York, from the story by Rudyard Kipling
When Darzee the tailor bird, discovers a young mongoose, Rikki, in her garden, she tries everything she can think of to get him to leave. She doesn’t want to share her perfect garden with anyone! Darzee and her friend, Chu Chu the muskrat pull out all the stops to run the pesky mongoose off. That is, until Nag the cobra shows up in the garden. When Nag threatens Rikki’s new neighbors he finds a way to save the day and Darzee realizes that her garden is made more perfect if she can share it with her friends.
