Congratulations to Performance Dance Center!
Six of their company dancers auditioned on Sunday, August 24, 2013, for a new Disney Channel commercial. They were selected out of many, many children and filmed on August 26, 2013, in Palmetto Ga with Disney.
The new commercial is about the seasons (fall, winter, spring and summer). It will air every day, and the girls’ section will start airing in October on Disney Channel.
“We are so proud of them and it was a pleasure to watch my girls film a real commercial with The Disney Channel!” said Director Carrie Paris. “The Production crew treated our girls like celebrities. It was a proud moment for me as a dance teacher. This was their first paying job as a dancer/actor and something that will be amazing for their résumé. The girls are truly excited because they are going to be shown in Disney Channel! This is a HUGE accomplishment from children from our community. I am so proud of them because it was such an incredible experience for them and one that not many children get the opportunity to do.”
