Early Registration for the Before & After School Program

Registration for before and after school camps is now open!

Pertinent Information for Early Registration:

• Dates of early registration for traditional schools: July 16-27, 2012 at After School Program Administrative Office located at 3720 5th Avenue from       8:00 am.-5:00 p.m.
• Registration fees due at time of sign up.
• Regular Registration will be August 9, 2012 at each school site.
• Limited space available at each school location.
• Current immunization and 1040 tax form are required for registration.

OUR MISSION    Parks and Recreation invites parents to choose our after school program for quality, affordable and convenient after school care. Parks and Recreation is available to all children in Pre-K through Fifth grade. The children can study and play with schoolmates in a child-centered environment.
During our program, students:

• Pursue academic excellence by working on homework and other academically enriching activities
• Develop friendships while studying and playing with schoolmates
• Participate in hands-on, multi-cultural enrichment activities in areas such as arts and crafts, drama, music, and computer projects
• Enjoy a healthy afternoon snack daily

OUR STAFF   All of our Site Supervisors and Activity Leaders are certified in first aid and CPR. Our staff members work as a team to provide quality care, setting behavior expectations, actively supervising children and building relationships with students and families. Our staff is also required to attend trainings in child development skills.
ASPYN   The army provides fee assistance to the families based on total family income, with discounts generally given to multiple children. Active Army, Active Guard, Reserve soldiers, and Army Civilians are eligible if they are a single parent or their spouse is working or attending school.
