Earth Hour 2010
Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 8:30 p.m.
Wherever you are around the world!
It started with a question — How can we inspire people to take action on climate change? The answer — Ask the people of Sydney, Australia to turn off their lights for one hour.
This year, Earth Hour will be even bigger — already 250 cities in 74 countries have agreed to take part including Atlanta, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami and Nashville, with more signing up every day. Around the world cities like Moscow, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Shanghai and Mexico City will turn out their lights. The goal is for 1 billion people to switch off their lights as part of a global call to action to stand up and take control over the future of our planet, for future generations.
VOTE EARTH by simply switching off your lights for one hour and join the world in saying NO to global warming.
