Easter Weekend Events at Callaway Gardens
Callaway Gardens is the place to be on Easter weekend. Stop by the Sibley Horticultural Center to veiw the floral displays and the topiary exhibit of chicks, bunnies, eggs and more. Guests will also be awed by one of the nation’s largest display of Easter Lilies. From egg hunts to brunch, everyone in your household will be entertained!

Eggstravaganza
Grab your basket and come to the Overlook Azalea Garden for a mega-hunt of candy and prize eggs! Egg hunts are divided by age group, and the Easter Bunny will be there for the children to visit and have their photo taken. This is a BYOB event . . . Bring Your Own Basket.

Egg hunts are divided into age groups:
2:00 pm – Toddlers to 3 years old
2:30 pm – 4 – 5 years old
3:00 pm – 6 – 8 years old
3:30 pm – 9 – 11 years old
4:00 pm – 12 – 18 years old
4:30 pm – 19 – 118 years old
Easter Sunrise Service
Begin Easter morning with a meaningful non-denominational sunrise service alongside the lawn at the Gardens Restaurant. This year’s service will be led by Martha Dye, senior minister of the First United Methodist Church of Pine Mountain, and will feature inspirational music. The natural beauty of Callaway Gardens during the early morning hours serves as a fitting backdrop to this memorable event.

Easter Brunch
After the service, stay for a delicous brunch at The Plant Room or the Mountain Creek Inn. Callaway’s chefs will have something to please every palate with choices from scrambled eggs and bacon to Atlantic salmon and oven roasted beef. Guests can indulge themselves with desserts including scrumptious cakes, pies and pastries.
