This series of 8 (2.5 hour) classes prepare a mother and her support person for the goal of natural childbirth. Participants will receive support and instruction for the active participation of mom and her partner as support, good nutrition, relaxation and natural breathing as pain management tools, breastfeeding, and communication with healthcare providers.

A comprehensive workbook is provided for each couple and classes are small to insure individual attention. The Natural Childbirth Series should be scheduled to begin from 16-28 weeks of pregnancy. If the class is taken early, couples are welcome to return to the next series for no additional charge as a refresher until the baby is born.
