Come watch the hilarity! An enterprising journalist visits at a hospital to write about the current state of mental health facilities and meets a group of quirky patients who think they are crime-fighting superheroes.
Speed Freak thinks he can run super fast. Dim Bulb thinks he can turn off lights with his brain. Mental thinks she can read minds. Kevin, much less quirky than the others, doesn’t have a ridiculous code name or costume…at least, not initially.
