Race participants explore the Forest Ecology Preserve’s beautiful forested trails on this carefully measured, well- marked 5K course. Splits will be given at 1 and 2 mile marks. Those who prefer are invited to walk the course. Race t-shirts, continental breakfast and door prizes are included. All proceeds benefit the Forest Ecology Preserve. Race day registration begins at 12:30 p.m. and the 5K race starts at 2:00 p.m.. Sunday Stroll starts at 2:45 p.m. and the Tot Trot begins at 3:00 p.m.

T-shirts will be given to all pre-registered entrants the day of the race. Entrants registered after November 9th are not guaranteed a shirt or requested size.
Overflow parking for the race is available at the Forest Ecology Preserve’s north entrance off Farmville Road. A shuttle van will transport runners to the registration area and back to the parking area after the race.
