Fort Benning MWR’s Movies Under the Stars returns to Fort Benning’s Wetherby Field in September. This is a FREE event and open to everyone.
Popcorn is free as long as supplies last, and refreshments (funnel cakes!) will be available for purchase. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, but leave the dogs and alcohol at home, please.
All guests younger than 18 must be supervised by an adult. Wetherby Field is located off Custer Road near the Sand Hill overpass. You’ll find directions here: http://www.benningmwr.com/maps.php.
- Sept. 13, 2013: The Croods, rated PG. Movie starts at 8:30; the MCoE Rock Band will perform from 7-8:15pm
- Sept. 20, 2013: Epic, rated PG. Show starts at 8:30pm; the MCoE Jazz Band will play beforehand.
- Sept. 27, 2013: Iron Man 3, PG-13 and not recommended for the little ones. The MCoE Band will play from 7-8:15pm; the show starts at 8:30.
