ACVB is making it easy to plan and personalize a memorable long weekend that’s affordable and close to home.
Families can customize their vacation by exploring the offerings of eight attractions and six hotels showcased on Atlanta.net/backyard. Metro-Atlanta residents who purchase three or more tickets to one of the participating attractions are eligible to receive a $25 Family Fun Dining card that can be redeemed at more than 15 Atlanta restaurants.
Special events
- Centennial Olympic Park is hosting children’s festivities from noon to 4 p.m., radio personalities broadcasting live, live musical entertainment and the AirTran Airways fireworks spectacular.
- Stone Mountain Park will feature fireworks shows all weekend long after the Laser Show Spectacular
- Lenox Square Mall will host the Southeast’s largest Fourth of July celebration with live musical entertainment, a military aircraft flyover and a “Kids’ Zone.”
