7 Funny Puberty Questions from Preteens
Before teaching “The Talk” I figured tweens had a multitude of sources to find out information about puberty. Come to find out, tweens have a variety of questions that puzzle and fascinate me, as well as make me think and laugh. If you do not think your tween thinks the same, ask them OR bring them to our next class so that we can handle the awkward for you!
Why are boys so annoying and weird?
I know, right….that may never change!
How many eggs can you have at once?
It changes throughout your growth but right now you have approximately 300,000 – that’s a lot of omelets!
Why do we have to wear deodorant?
Because you will stink like a goat when the hormones kick in
What is the age of puberty? Why can’t we just skip through it?
The age range is younger now and boys begin later….that is why they are short for a couple of years. Puberty is that weird space and time that we all have to go through in order to get to the other side.
Why are girls so moody?
It is due to hormones or a younger sibling who irritates them to death
Do boys have eggs?
Only if they are green and only with ham
Can a baby suffocate in the blood in the belly?
Nope. Childbirth is another subject all together….
