Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia invites girls in kindergarten through 12th grade to join the organization on Girl Scout Sign Up Day and receive an additional two-month membership with annual registration.
Saturday, August 6 @ 10am-1pm
Girls who register for the 2011-2012 membership year, which begins on October 1, may begin their Girl Scouts journey right away without any extra cost. The fee for annual membership is $12.
Girls attending Girl Scout Sign Up Day will receive information on troops, participation pathways, and upcoming events and programs. In addition the girls will enjoy:
1. Free Hot dogs, chips, and drinks
2. A taste of the newest Girl Scout Cookie, Savannah Smiles (while supplies last)
3. Participation in a fun activity from a Girl Scout journey program, and
4. Shopping for Girl Scout items in the council shop
Location: Girl Scout Service Center at 1344 13th Ave. in Columbus.
