Join Oxbow Meadows and the Audubon Society for a special day to conduct an official count of birds. Everyone is welcome to participate! Activities will be provided for kids and binoculars will be available to borrow for free. Participate in the Great Backyard Bird Count, and receive a complimentary Bird-Watching Basics book!
Everyone is invited (big kids too) to help make the Oxbow Meadows peanut butter bird feeders which will be hung at Oxbow Meadows or you may take home to feed your own backyard birds.

Oxbow Meadows, 3535 South Lumpkin Rd.
10 AM – 4 PM: Bird watching all day (FREE)
11 AM – 11:30 AM: Oxbow’s Reading Club ($1 per child)
1 PM – 2 PM: Peanut Butter Bird Feeders ($2 per bird feeder)
2 PM – 4 PM: Audubon Society presentation for beginning birders ($3 per person, under 3 free)
