This free class introduces parents in their first and second trimester to the early stages of pregnancy, from conception to the sixth month. Baby’s growth and development, the physical and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy, optimal nutrition, exercise and relaxation will be discussed. Signs and symptoms of preterm labor and other complications will be discussed, as well as your questions answered. An overview of The Medical Center and Doctors Hospitals OB Units is included with discussions about policies, LDR & LDRP delivery and amenities.
