Hunger Games Survivor Skills

Time: 10:00 – 12:00 p.m. CT
Built around the popular movie series, this program will teach basic wilderness survivor skills. Learn how to build a fire and shelter, which plants are edible and how to use a compass. We will also share some of the fundamentals about hunting, fishing, archery, and tracking.
Geared for adults and children ages 8 – and up, this exciting program teaches useful skills for outdoor sports like camping and backpacking. Hunger Games Survivor Skills will be held Saturday, July 26 at 10: 00 a.m. at the Forest Ecology Preserve.
Cost: Admission is $5 per person.
Location: The Forest Ecology Preserve is located at 2222 North College Street, Auburn, near the AU Fisheries.
