Celebrate Georgia’s Arbor Day in the winter woodlands with local forester and educator Bill Consoletti. Rich in natural history, the woodlands along the Pine Mountain Ridge from Rocky Point to Big Oak Campsite provide an amazing outdoor classroom. Participants will receive a free pine seedling.
Meet at the Park Office at 10:45 am to carpool to Rocky Point Parking Lot on Hwy 190. This walk is 1.5 miles and is categorized as easy.
