Did you know that 1 in 4 women will experience domestic violence in their lifetime? Of those women, young women ages 16-24 experience domestic violence at the highest rate. Georgia is ranked 7th in the nation for deaths due to domestic violence and ranked 1st in teen dating violence. Make iGlow your opportunity to take a stand against domestic violence in our community.
Join Hope Harbour for their iGlow for Hope 5k Fun Run/Walk. This is a one of a kind experience filled with energetic music, a glow in the dark course and fun for the entire family! The 3.1 mile glow course through Lake Bottom Park will feature glow stations with local DJs cranking out music to keep runners and walkers pumped, black lights throughout the course and a party at the finish line you will not want to miss! All ages and fitness levels are welcome to participate.
