Living History – Women’s Army Corps Basic Training
Over 150,000 women served in the Women’s Army Corps (WAC) in World War II. Visitors can see what it took to be a ‘woman in the war’ during our next Living History event on Saturday, January 12. The new WAC trainees of Kelly’s Zeroes will demonstrate marches, drills, and more during WWII Company Street tours at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. at World War II Company Street (located behind the National Infantry Museum).
