On Thursday, August 8, 2013 Dairy Queen will host their 7th Annual Miracle Treat Day. Dairy Queen will donate the proceeds from every Blizzard sold to the Children’s Miracle Network at The Medical Center.
Stop by and visit with Miss Georgia Carly Mathis and Miss Columbus State University Katelyn Pawlowski while they serve up a variety of Blizzard treats from 12 noon – 1 pm at the Dairy Queen on Macon Road. At 2 pm they will deliver Dairy Queen treats to the patients on the Pediatric floor of the Medical Center.

The Children’s Miracle Network at The Medical Center was established in 1995. Every dollar raised by Children’s Miracle Network at The Medical Center stays in the community to help children treated at The Medical Center. The Medical Center is one of 170 Children’s Miracle Network hospitals in North America and only one of six hospitals in Georgia. Dairy Queen has been a supporter of the Children’s Miracle Network since 1984, raising more than $70 million for critically ill and injured children during that time.
