Out on a Limb for Trees tree climb is back and better than ever! On Saturday, October 26, 2013, Trees Columbus invites you to go Out on a Limb for Trees in downtown Broadway. In combination with tree climbing, Trees Columbus is offering a spooktacular Uptown tree walk!
With the assistance of certified tree-climbing instructors from Tree Climbing USA in Atlanta, anyone age eight and older can climb the huge laurel oak in the Broadway median in downtown. All experience levels are welcome and beginners are encouraged. Tree swings will be available for younger children.
Climbing trees is an activity to be enjoyed by all ages. Although the youngest age to climb during the event is age eight, there is no limit on the upper end! Climbs are conducted with modern climbing equipment, safety ropes, a harness, and a helmet. The activity is a safe and fun activity for parents/children and even grandparents/grandchildren.
