This series of 5 two-hour classes provides an overview of what to expect during childbirth: signs, symptoms and stages of labor, pain management techniques, medications and birthing options available at The Medical Center and Doctors Hospital. This is an important and informative class, especially for first time parents. The Childbirth Preparation Series should ideally be scheduled to be completed within 2-4 weeks prior to the mother’s due date.
