- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) corn kernels
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans
- 1 jar (16 oz) picante sauce
Ingredients

- Cook ground beef on top of stove.
- While the beef is cooking, open the cans of corn, kidney beans adn black beans.
- Pour entire contents of the cans into your crockpot. Do not drain off the liquid.
- Add the picante sauce to the crockpot mixture.
- Once the meat is cooked, drain the fat from the beef.
- Add the beef to the soup mixture. Stir.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
This soup tastes delicious with grated cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream served on top. We enjoy eating it with tortilla chips. The recipe can easily be doubled to feed a larger crowd.
