A salvaged property auction will be held at the Columbus Civic Center’s East Side Parking Lot on Saturday, October 13, at 10:00 am. The auction will take place under the big tent, so bad weather shouldn’t pose a problem. Sale items can be previewed beginning at 8:00 a.m.

This year, the auction of salvage property is being held in conjunction with property of various public safety divisions from Muscogee and Russell Counties and includes valuable items such as jewelry, flat screen televisions, office furniture and vehicles.
Each interested bidder simply needs to register and receive a number upon entrance. If purchasing a vehicle, a valid driver’s license must be shown. Purchases can be made by cash or check – credit cards are not accepted.
