Let Chef Austin Scott teach you the secrets of cooking with fresh, seasonal food. Cathy Carter, organizer of the Columbus Natural Food CSA (community supported agriculture), will also be on hand to explain how you can support our region’s farmers and enjoy delicious, local food throughout the year. Participants will take home recipes, and everyone will be entered into a drawing for a basket of fresh vegetables!
