Project 42 Running – Full & Half Marathon Training
Ready to tackle some new, long miles? Project 42 Running (P42R) is dedicated to helping runners of all ability levels. Owner and Founder Vikena “Kena” Yutz is a women’s champion of several ultramarathons. When she was 42 years old, she broke the women’s record at Across the Years in 2012 by running 254.02 in 72 hours!
P42R was born from the idea that serious runners need more than a running coach, they need a team. If you are currently running and are ready to jump into half marathons and full marathons or if you are a beginner and need help getting started, Kena and her team are here to help. Kena is a RRCA and USATF Certified Running Coach and women’s champion of several ultramarathons. She’s also the in-house running coach at Big Dog Fleet Feet in Columbus. At P42R, you’ll find the resources you need to stay healthy and injury-free. Services include individualized training plans, personal online coaching, individualized race strategy sessions, and weekly group runs.
