Strong4Life 31901 Urban Adventure

The event will center on the four pillars of the Strong4Life program – Nutrition, Support, Activity and Fun. Families will enjoy cooking demonstrations and learn useful health tips while connecting with local resources available to help them live a healthy lifestyle. The Strong4Life team will lead kids in fun activities like an obstacle course, fun runs, relay races, and hula hoop and jump rope contests. For more information, visit www.strong4life.com.
Specifically for adults and older youth, the 31901 Urban Adventure Race presented by Big Dog Running Co. and Ride on Bikes is an exciting mind and body challenge. Teams of two will follow a series of clues that will lead them racing on foot through the streets of Columbus, cycling in a parking garage and even paddling the Chattahoochee River.
What you need to bring:
- Running Shoes
- Bike Helmet
- Be Prepared to get wet
