The winter holidays are often a stressful time for adults. This time of year can also take a toll on children. You know how it goes. Schedules, routines, and rules can be thrown off, which can lead to more behavioral challenges and stress for everyone. Fun times!
The strain and stress of holiday gift giving are particularly strong where a parent has lost a job or is struggling financially.
Muscogee Moms, in partnership with Project LAUNCH Georgia, has the opportunity to submit reader questions about holiday stress to a mental health professional with expertise with families and stress management.
