Swimming Lessons: Parent and Child Aquatics (CSU)
This course will help parents and their children become more comfortable in the water. In this class we will discuss safety topics and practice several different skills to help build the child’s confidence in the water. We will work on swimming on the front and back (all with support of course), submersion and breath control.
Tuesdays & Thursdays 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm;
