Henry Brooks Adams, the 19th century historian, said, “A teacher affects eternity; he or she can never tell where their influence stops.”
As the new school year kicks off, teachers, school employees and administrators are gearing up for first few weeks as students adapt to a different and more structured daily routine. Trinity United Methodist Church is hosting their third annual Teacher Appreciation Sunday
in an effort to convey a message of heartfelt gratitude and encouragement to the tireless men and women who invest so much in our children.
Trinity UMC is providing a special worship service followed by a reception. Dr. Larry DiChiara, Superintendent of Phenix City Schools, will be the guest speaker. All members of the community are welcome. Please plan to attend this special event as we join our hearts and thank you to teachers, staff members and administrators of our local schools.
