Visits SAM Shortline Excursion Train at Georgia Veterans State Park, Cordele
Beloved storybook character Thomas the Tank Engine™ is set to roll into Georgia Veterans State Park for the Day Out With Thomas tour this October. Children of all ages will have the chance to ride a real train, meet characters such as Sir Topham Hatt™, play with Mega Bloks™, join in on storytelling and crafts, and more. Thomas the Tank Engine™ is presented by HIT Entertainment, a worldwide leader in children’s entertainment.
WHAT:
Thomas the Tank Engine visits southwest Georgia
• A 25-minute ride on a REAL train, led by Thomas the Tank Engine
• Meet and take photos with Sir Topham Hatt™
• Wide range of activities for all ages, including Mega Bloks™, crafts, storytelling, live music, food vendors and more.

Ticket prices are $19.26 (including tax); Children under 2 ride free. Group tickets are $14.98 each; All tickets are non-refundable.
PARKING: Parking for Day Out With Thomas will be at a designated area inside the Georgia Veterans State Park. Shuttles will be provided to the event site for attendees. There is a requested donation of $5 per car for parking.
