Spectacular Thunder on the Hooch® Fireworks Celebration after dark
This is an alcohol-free event!
Come early to get a good spot for all the fun at Thunder on the Hooch!
NOTE: Last year, MuscogeeMoms.com received several emails from parents who pointed out that this event was not family friendly after dark, especially around the Dillingham Street Bridge.
UPDATE: MuscogeeMoms has heard from both the CCG’s Office of Crime Prevention and from WTVM event organizers. There WILL BE increased security at Thunder on the Hooch this year. We relayed concerns voiced by parents about the lack of police presence at the Dillingham Street Bridge after dark and have been assured that they will concentrate more police officers in that area to help.
