Victorian Christmas
Have a very merry Victorian Christmas this year! Guests will have a unique opportunity to see the National Civil War Naval Museum decorated in traditional Victorian style, enjoy hospitality and snacks from local restaurants, and find unique gift shopping opportunities in the museum store.
This year’s event will be hosted over two weekends:
November 26 & 27 will include a museum theatre program telling the Civil War sailor’s stories of sailors during the holidays, period music and more.
December 3 & 4 will be the traditional open house. Our Civil War-era Santa will be on hand for visits and photos (professional photo packages are available for purchase). There will also be Victorian-era entertainment and music. At the end of the day, Santa will fire the original Civil War cannon from the CSS Jackson!
