Safe Kids Columbus will be hosting their Annual Safe Kids Helmet Give-Away on December 21st and they are looking for 60 volunteers to help with helmet fittings.
Last year we distributed a record 767 free helmets to children 14 and under! Our goal is to make sure every parent remembers to “Get The Safety Gear” along with the wheels and knows how to use it properly.
If anyone would like to volunteer at the Annual Safe Kids Helmet Give-Away, they can contact Jacquetta Jackson at 706-321-6183 or at [email protected]. There will be a training session for new helmet fitters. Volunteers are asked to wear casual wear or a Safe Kids T-shirt.
