Weekly Youth Community Bike Race
Columbus Forward has initiated the “Community Bike Race” to give our youth from Columbus, Fort Benning and Phenix City a new activity to enjoy.
Columbus Forward is inviting all area youth to participate in its weekly Tri-city Community Bike Race.
When: Every Sunday afternoon
Time: 4:00 p.m.
Where: Lake Bottom Park (near the running track) in Columbus, Georgia.
The participants will have two opportunities to sprint 70 yards.
Safety helmets are required for this activity. Parents must sign the “Release and Eligibility Form.” Please bring the form with you to the event.
Participants may use their personal bikes are one provided by Columbus Forward. Bikes, with gears, will race at a standard gear equal to a bike with no gears.
