Whole Steps: Music Classes for Children with Autism
Classes begin the week of April 7, 2014
Ages: Elementary, middle, and high school
Semester: 10 weeks, once per week, 50 minutes
Tuition: $285 or 3 monthly payments of $95
Location: Trinity Episcopal Church, 1130 First Avenue
Begins: Thursday, April 3 at 5 pm Additional weekday classes TBA
The class is not music therapy, but was created with issues common to students with Autism in mind.
Each student will receive his or her own CD of the Music and Movement pieces to take home. Classes are led by an instructor and an assistant. A short meeting with the parent/caregiver is requested at registration. New classes will form throughout the year.
